This Privacy Notice describes how The Milar Group Ltd, an Ohio limited liability company (the “Company,” “we,” or “us”), collects, uses, and discloses personal information in connection with milargroup.com (the “Site”). It applies solely to the Site and does not address the Company’s information practices in any other context.

The Company collects personal information only where a visitor voluntarily submits it through the contact form on the Site. Retention and deletion
The Company retains contact form submissions for so long as is necessary to respond to the enquiry and to maintain a reasonable record of the correspondence. A visitor may request deletion of their submission at any time using the contact details below, and the Company will give effect to any such request absent an overriding legal obligation to retain the information.
Hosting and server logs
The Company’s hosting provider generates access logs in the ordinary course of operating the Site, which typically record IP addresses, user-agent strings, and request times. Such logs are created by the provider for security, diagnostic, and reliability purposes. The Company does not use them to identify, track, or profile visitors.
Children
The Site is directed to commercial real estate professionals and is not intended for, or directed to, individuals under the age of eighteen. The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from such individuals, and will delete any such information promptly upon becoming aware that it has done so.
